Making the most out of Mother Nature's cold!
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of your choice (whole milk or whipping cream works best. For dairy free, try rice milk for sweetness and thickness!)
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 cups of clean snow
Topping of choice: sprinkles, caramel drizzle, choco- late syrup, chocolate chips, gummy bears, cherries, nuts, etc
What You Do:
In a medium-large bowl, whisk together milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar is dissolved.
Collect clean snow. Pour mixture from step 1 and whisk until well combined with the snow.
Place your mixture in the freezer for at least 1 hour to manage consistency and avoid soupy ice cream!
Scoop ice cream into bowls, add toppings, and enjoy!
